Now more than ever, please help us continue to ensure that everyone in our community has what they need to thrive and be healthy.
We truly appreciate your support.
In the absence of a centralized community care clinic, the Grand County Rural Health Network developed these programs to help meet the healthcare needs of low-income, uninsured residents of Grand County.
These voucher programs are funded solely through local grants and donations, and are provided in partnership with Grand County Public Health. The Network and Public Health are working with the community to determine a collaborative, comprehensive community-health system for the uninsured, low-income population of Grand County.
